Terms of Service

Creator Success AI™ is a software product owned and operated by Creator Success AI LLC. These Terms of Service are between you and Creator Success AI LLC.
1. Hosted-service license
Creator Success AI LLC grants accepted customers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Creator Success AI hosted service. The software, source code, prompts, validation systems, brand-learning methods, thumbnail workflow, visual design, and server-side technology remain proprietary and are not sold or transferred.
2. Prohibited use
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, extract prompts or source code, bypass usage limits, resell account access, probe another creator’s workspace, create a derivative or competing service from confidential product materials, or use the service unlawfully.
3. Creator content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and brand assets you upload. You grant the service permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the requested features. You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use those materials.
4. YouTube and third-party services
Creator Success AI uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube or using YouTube-powered features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, hosting providers, and games are independent third parties with their own terms. The service does not guarantee views, revenue, ranking, growth, uninterrupted availability, or approval by any platform.
5. AI-generated material
Titles, descriptions, thumbnail concepts, images, and recommendations can contain mistakes. You must review accuracy, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance before publishing. You remain responsible for what you publish.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid Creator and Pro plans are subscriptions to the Creator Success AI product sold by Creator Success AI LLC. Plans are monthly subscriptions at the price shown before purchase in Stripe Checkout. The subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. Taxes, promotions, and the amount due are disclosed in Checkout. You may cancel through Manage Billing in the Studio or Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. Your receipt and billing portal show the next billing date and payment history.
Plan changes
You may request a plan change through Change plan or Manage Billing in the Studio. Stripe's customer portal shows the new recurring price, when the change takes effect, and any amount due before you confirm. Changes that take effect during a billing period may include prorated charges or credits for the remaining time in that period. Any immediate charge is shown before confirmation. A credit is not automatically a refund to your payment method.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails and your subscription becomes past due or unpaid, your account uses Free plan limits while payment remains unresolved. Stripe may retry the payment, and you can update your payment method through Manage Billing. Paid plan access is restored when payment succeeds and the subscription returns to active status. If payment recovery attempts are exhausted, the subscription is canceled and Free plan limits continue to apply.
Refund requests
Creator Success AI LLC reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, use Contact Support in the Studio or email hello@creatorsuccessai.com. Include your account email, the payment date, and a brief explanation of your request. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
7. Account security and suspension
Keep credentials private and notify us of suspected misuse. We may restrict or terminate access for security threats, nonpayment, abuse, prohibited copying, or violation of these terms.
8. Service updates and changes
Creator Success AI may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We take reasonable steps to preserve customer data through service changes, but you should keep independent copies of important creator assets and finished packages.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so local law may provide additional rights.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified by a new version date and presented before they take effect where renewed acceptance is required. Questions: hello@creatorsuccessai.com.
