Privacy Policy

Creator Success AI™ is a software product owned and operated by Creator Success AI LLC. Creator Success AI LLC is responsible for operating the service and handling information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information collected
We collect account information, workspace settings, brand assets, creator ideas, generated packages, usage records, subscription status, and basic security logs needed to operate the service. Creator Success AI uses YouTube API Services and, with your authorization, accesses your channel ID and name, video IDs, titles, descriptions, publication dates, thumbnails, and permitted channel or video analytics. The app stores an encrypted OAuth refresh token so requested syncs can run without asking you to reconnect each time.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, learn each creator’s channel and brand preferences, generate requested packages and thumbnails, enforce limits, process billing, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Website traffic statistics
We use a first-party cookie containing a randomly generated browser identifier, lasting up to 30 days, to estimate visits to our public pages. We record public page counts, broad referring sources, and short campaign labels from tagged links. For visitors using the registration form, we also count first interaction with the form, submitted signup requests, and broad categories of validation, connection, or server errors; we do not save typed fields or specific error messages in these reports. We associate account creation with the most recent visit when available, read the existing account verification status to count completed verifications, and use successful-generation records to count whether new accounts try a package or thumbnail. These reports are available only to administrators. This tracker does not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, passwords, browser fingerprints, or imported YouTube data, and does not send traffic information to third-party analytics services. Traffic and signup-attribution records expire after 90 days. The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; clearing its cookie resets its browser estimate.
AI and service providers
Information necessary for a requested generation may be sent to configured AI providers. Before we send imported YouTube data to OpenAI, you must enable the optional channel AI setting on the YouTube page. Relevant titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and performance data are then used to personalize the packages and thumbnails you request. You can turn this setting off to stop future transfers and continue creating with your own brief and Brand Memory. Infrastructure, payment, email, AI, and authentication providers process limited information on our behalf. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Studio database.
YouTube and Google API data
YouTube data is used only to provide user-facing channel learning and package-generation features in the connected creator workspace. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. Human access is limited to cases where you authorize support, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or law requires it. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use secure session and anti-forgery cookies needed for sign-in and account protection. The browser may store an unsent creator draft and limited interface preferences on your device so work survives a refresh. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Revoking YouTube access
Use Disconnect YouTube on the YouTube Learning page to revoke Creator Success AI's Google access. When disconnection completes, the saved OAuth token and YouTube data imported for the connected channel are deleted from the active workspace. You may also revoke access from your Google account permissions. We check saved authorizations daily while the service is running. When Google confirms authorization is invalid, we delete the saved connection credentials and imported channel history. If authorization cannot be revalidated for 29 days, that data is deleted. Isolation, retention, and deletion
Creator workspaces and private assets are isolated by account. Data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, backups, and legal obligations. To request an export, deletion of data, or closure of your account, use Contact Support from your account email address. We delete imported YouTube history after 29 days without a successful refresh; use Sync Channel to refresh it. Verified requests to delete YouTube API data are handled within seven calendar days. Other verified account-deletion requests are handled within 30 days, except for records we must retain for legal, security, or billing obligations. Backup copies expire on a delayed schedule and are not restored except for disaster recovery.
Sharing
We do not sell creator channel data or private brand assets. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the product, when authorized by you, for a business transfer with appropriate protections, or when legally required.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected secrets, private storage boundaries, and backups. No online system can guarantee perfect security.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be identified by a new version date and notice before they take effect. Privacy questions or requests: hello@creatorsuccessai.com.
